执行 主 of 工程 Management (EMEM)

The 执行 主 of 工程 Management (EMEM) program 在圣. 保罗 will help you develop advanced leadership and management skills. You will expand your creativity in a team environment while strengthening connections with students, faculty and local industry leaders.

Presented jointly by St. 云州 and Metropolitan State University, you will learn in a program that bridges the gap between engineering and business. The EMEM program can accelerate your career and is an excellent alternative to an MBA for engineers, techologists and those with business degrees working in an engineering/technology company. 

For 春天 2021 the EMEM program is available both in synchronous and asynchronous online mode as well. The tuition fees for students outside Minnesota is the same as for students in Minnesota. The program also admits international students who can complete the program in 12 months or 18 months. 国际 students are allowed part time CPT from the first semester due to the applied nature of the 执行 主's program. In addition international students are able to pursue 11 months of full time CPT on completion of 30 credits. This being a STEM Program, international students are eligible for a total of 3 years of OPT (including STEM OPT).

Program Highlights

• Designed for working professionals with classes on alternate Friday nights and Saturday mornings.
• Designed for individuals with undergraduate degrees in engineering, science business or related disciplines. 
• Taught on the campus of Metropolitan State University 在圣. 保罗, Minnesota with free and ample parking. 
• Curriculum includes projects and homework that can be completed at your workplace. 
• Each cohort starts in January and graduates in 18 months. 
• Available as both a part-time and full-time program to domestic and international applicants meeting admission requirements.

• An optional one-week industry tour of China is offered in the final semester and spouses or partners are eligible to join.

• Graduates of the program are eligible for obtaining the American Society of 工程 Management's 认证 associate engineering management professional certification, (CAEM), on graduation without having to sit a separate examination.
• No GRE/GMAT examination scores required.
